Method 2:

Use WhatsApp Desktop App on Computer Laptop with Windows 10, 8, 7 and Mac OS

First of all, you need to install the ‘WhatsApp Desktop App’ on your computer. Please download the installer as per your operating system from the official link given below. Windows 7 users can download the 'Windows 8 and higher', its working for Windows 7. Then install it on your computer system.

Step 1: Open the newly installed App on your computer system.

Step 2: Now open WhatsApp on your phone.

Step 3: On the top right, tap Menu or Settings and select WhatsApp Web.

If you are doing this for the first time (have not used this installer and the Whats-App Web before) then the scanner appears automatically. And if there are already logged in computers, then the scanner will not appear and Whats-app will show the list of logged in computers instead. In such case, you need to tap on the sign at the top right on the current screen.

See the above-given images (in Method 1) for better understanding.

Step 4: Now Point your phone to the computer screen (to the browser you have just opened in Step 1) and then scan the QR code displayed there.

And you did this. Now you can send and respond to the Whats App messages from your computer anytime.

To use Whats-App on your computer using the above 2 methods, it is essential that you have installed WhatsApp on your phone and the phone also has an active internet connection.
Actually, WhatsApp Web and Desktop App client can't work standalone, they both sync with your phone to get the messages.
In short, they are simply Computer-based extensions of your phone's Whats-App account. They mirror the conversations and messages from your mobile device to your computer, and you can see all messages on both devices.
So be careful while deleting removing anything on WhatsApp. Any action you take on your computer will also apply to your Smartphone and vice versa.
Both the ‘WhatsApp Web’ and ‘WhatsApp Desktop App’ currently does not allow audio or video calling.
